About Kitchen Sinks
Choosing the right kitchen sink size
For a single-bowl kitchen sink, compare the listed outside dimensions, bowl width and depth with your countertop space. A 24 × 18-inch format may suit some layouts, but measure the actual cut-out and installation clearance before choosing a model.
Single bowl or a sink with a drainboard?
A single bowl gives you one uninterrupted washing area; a sink with a drainboard adds space for draining and prep. Look at the bowl shape, available installation method and kitchen workflow before deciding.
What should I check in the specification?
Confirm the material grade and thickness only where stated for the selected model. Review the finish, drain location, tap-hole position, required cut-out and included waste fittings. A stainless steel appearance alone does not establish the material grade.
Check fittings before checkout
Explore kitchen sinks and waste couplings. See the product page for included components and selected variant, and ask your installer to check your countertop and drainage connections.
Will a 24 × 18-inch kitchen sink fit?
The nominal 24 × 18-inch dimension is not the same as the countertop cut-out. Measure the base cabinet, outer sink dimensions, bowl depth, tap location and clearance below the worktop. Confirm cut-out requirements for the exact sink before cutting the surface.
How do I maintain a stainless steel kitchen sink?
Rinse away food residue after use, clean with a soft sponge and mild detergent, and wipe dry to reduce mineral marks. Avoid steel wool and aggressive acidic or chlorine-based cleaners unless the manufacturer's care instructions specifically allow them.
