Free shipping

Free shipping on all orders. No minimum order value. The shipping benefit is applied automatically at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of order confirmation and successful payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Estimated delivery

Delivery generally takes 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier availability. Dates shown at checkout are estimates. Weather, regional restrictions, courier delays and other factors beyond our control can affect delivery.

Track your shipment

After dispatch, we send a confirmation email and/or SMS with tracking details so you can follow your shipment.

Please provide a complete and accurate address at checkout. IBEY is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Delayed or missing deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact our support team for help tracking it. IBEY is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Previously paid shipping fees

Any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, except where IBEY cancels the order before dispatch.
